Reservations are preferred at least two weeks in advance. A non-refundable Party Fee is required at the time of booking to reserve the date.

You can drop by and create your own jewelry or schedule a party to celebrate a special occasion!
Our goal is to help you create the best jewelry for yourself and others. We also want to make gift giving a unique, affordable, fun experience.
Gift certificates are available for any occasion.
Schedule a party anytime, just for fun, to celebrate any occasion or no occasion at all!! You'll be glad you did and it is sure to be one of the most unique experiences you and your guests have had in a while!
Private parties can be scheduled in the evening or any time by appointment. Invite up to 10 guests to attend.

Jewelry Party

Looking for a fun girl's night out idea? Or maybe you're searching for a bonding activity for your group or co-workers. A Bead It! jewelry party is the answer. This theme provides the greatest flexibility for all tastes and budgets. Design bracelets, necklaces and earrings in a social setting, where you'll learn the secrets for making stylish jewelry that reflects your personality.

Cost: $5 per person for class instruction, plus cost of beads.

Bride-to-Bead Party

Take part in the latest bridal get-together that brings family and friends together to create special jewelry to coordinate with their wedding attire, or the bridesmaids can shower the bride-to-be with special jewelry to compliment her honeymoon wardrobe. All will love designing keepsakes they'll wear over and over again within a social setting where everyone can relax and get to know each other. We encourage the host to make a prior appointment to discuss their ideas and order their materials.

Cost: Varies according to design.

Wire-Wrapping Party

Transform drinking glasses, perfume or antique bottles, and florist vases with wire and glass beads to give them a fresh new look. This simple technique will have you scouring your attic for new items to wrap!

Cost: $10 per person (includes instruction and starting supplies). Guests bring item(s) to be wrapped.

Scout Troops

Gather up the troops! Because we offer a number of programs for scouts depending on the patch or lesson theme …learn the secrets of professional jewelry design by creating a necklace with a clasp. This is a great arts & crafts activity.

Cost: Ranges from $5-$10 each for beaded pendant necklaces on leather, rubber, or stretch cord.

Bead Party for Adults

Looking for a relaxing and creative way to spend time with friends? Why not host your own Bead Party? No special occasion needed! Bring some munchies and a CD or two. We'll provide the most creative party for you and your friends no matter what the occasion. Choose from either a "no brainer" party where we pre-select everything for you and your guests to create a beautiful necklace, bracelet, pair of earrings or all three. You can also choose a "do your own thing" party where guests choose their own beads and project. With a pre-selected party your assortment can include delicate pearls, Czech glass beads and seed beads in a variety of colors plus charms. Each guest receives their own party kit with everything they'll need including plenty of beads, the appropriate material to string and finish their pieces. Both parties come with instruction from one of our Bead Party Consultants.

Estimated party time is 1-3 hrs. Minimum is 3 adults and max is 10 adults.

Hosted Party Fee (non-refundable deposit): $5 per person. Deposit is due at time of reservation.
- Cost per Adult: $20 materials fee or bead allowance, plus tax, due the day of the party. If a guest chooses additional beads or supplies, the cost will be added to the total due. However every jewelry project can be made within the $20 materials fee or bead allowance.
Non-Hosted Party Fee: No Fee for the "Do your own thing" party. Nominal fee if kits are required.

- Cost per Adult: Each individual purchases their own beads and materials. Cost can range from $5 to $100 depending on beads and project chosen. Most participants average $20 for materials.

Bead Parties for Teens

Looking for an entertaining and creative way to spend time with friends? Why not have a Bead Party? Schedule it for your birthday, an evening out with friends or just to celebrate a school break.... like a weekend! Anytime is fine with us. Order some pizza, bring your favorite CDs and select a theme for your party:

Do Your Own Thing

Stretch Bracelets, Beaded Chokers and Memory Wire Bracelet themes come with everything needed to create each project: a pre-selected assortment of glass beads, seed beads, ceramic, and fimo beads in a range of cool colors to be strung on stretch material, beading wire or memory wire. Bead It! staff will provide friendly instruction.

You choose! We'll teach you how... Just bring your friends! When the party is over, everyone will leave with a cool piece of jewelry and some new skills!

Party Time: 2 hrs

Party Fee: $5 per person

Bead Parties for Kids (ages 3-12)

Kids of all ages love crafts and jewelry, making bead parties the perfect way to celebrate their special day. Bring some music, a pizza or a cake, and decorations if you like. We will create a fun and creative party for your child's birthday or special occasion. Each guest receives their own party kit with everything they need to create a unique piece of jewelry. The party kits include plenty of beads, the appropriate material to string and finish their pieces, and a surprise. Bead It! staff provides friendly instruction. Your child and guests will take home their new jewelry, and happy memories.

Ages 3 and up: Everything is included to create a fun elastic or clasp bracelet from a pre-selected assortment of polyester beads, fimo clay beads, and ceramic beads in a rainbow of colors. Selection of cool beads for girls and boys!

Ages 9 and up: Everything is included to create a dazzling necklace or bracelet from a pre-selected assortment of beautiful Czech glass beads and colorful seed beads. These pieces are strung on soft flex beading wire and finished with a lobster claw clasp. There are 4 different party kit colors to choose from (purple, pink, green, and blue) and a choice of one charm pendant in silver (ballerina, flower, butterfly, dragonfly, or soccer ball).
